Tom Cuthbert is a seasoned business professional.  Over his career, Tom has grown multiple businesses in entertainment, restaurants and marketing.  He has successfully raised over $60 million in capital from leading investors including JP Morgan, Lazard and Sierra Ventures.  Tom is widely respected as an innovative business growth and marketing expert.

Cuthbert is one of the leading industry voices regarding online advertising.  In 2006, Cuthbert founded Click Forensics.  Today the company is the “Nielsen” of online advertising working with Fortune 500 companies including eBay, Progressive Insurance, Expedia  and Intel.  Tom’s innovative approach literally changed Madison Avenue by bring competing entities together to develop industry standards that had previously not existed.  The standards were announced and adopted by Google, Yahoo!, Microsoft and Click Forensics in the spring of 2009.

Tom has spoken on the topics of online advertising and business growth at top industry events, including ad:tech, AlwaysOn and the Search Engine Strategies conference.  He has also appeared as an industry expert on CNBC and Bloomberg television.  Tom is frequently tapped by leading newspapers and magazines for his views on advertising and business and has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Red Herring, Forbes and Associated Press.  Cuthbert also founded and chairs the Click Quality Council, which represents more than 100 leading advertisers. Click Forensics has been honred by several organizations including aWeb 2.0 Launchpad winning company.  Cuthbert stepped back as CEO and from day-to-day involvement in January of 2010 to pursue other business interests.  He remains a member of the board of directors and active participant in the online advertising community.

Cuthbert previously co-founded OPTIMAL iQ and led the growth of the firm as a recognized provider of web analytics services to Fortune 1000 companies. Tom was also involved in the retail and entertainment business, including serving ten years as a senior executive with a national restaurant chain.  He serves on the board of a sports marketing firm, a search engine company and charitable organizations.
